1. Shipping Methods

We offer shipping for custom geothermal and aerothermal systems to customers within North and South America, Caribbean etc.,  The shipping methods available for your order will be displayed during the checkout process or subject to confirmation once the complete system is designed.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days of receiving payment/deposit, unless otherwise specified all orders are made ot order custom systems processes or machinery, and  have longer processing times to be quoted at the time of order.  customers will be notified of any delays.

3. Shipping Timelines

Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected. Estimated shipping times will be provided during the consultation process. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be determined during the consultation process before completing your purchase.

5. Customs and Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status and location of your system.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.  You will be asked during consultation if you would require shipping insurance to protect you against loss.  Some product’s are manufactured in the European Union and others in the Far East.

8. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of the package, or failure to pick up the package from a designated delivery point, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on your location. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with local laws and regulations.
